Biography
A native of southern New Jersey, Dr. Dominik revels in his third career track as an educator and mentor in entrepreneurship for Rowan's students, faculty and the Rowan regional community. His first career track included 15 years as an engineer and technology leadership roles with RCA, General Electric and Lockheed Martin. His next career track included 18 years as a full-time entrepreneur: he co-founded his first technology startup company in 1999, a software-as-a-service firm which was later acquired by a publicly owned strategic partner. He also founded another technology services consulting firm, from which he continues to serve clients in aerospace, defense, and software industries. Now, since 2018, he finds joy and happiness working with students, faculty, and the community teaching entrepreneurship and mentoring those who seek to fulfill their own dreams through entrepreneurship. His publication works include case studies and research studies.
