Biography
A South Jersey native, Dr. Dominik's 30-plus years of experience as an engineer, manager, and entrepreneur includes leadership roles with General Electric and Lockheed Martin. He co-founded his first technology startup company in 1999, a software-as-a-service firm which was later acquired by a publicly owned strategic partner. He also founded another technology services consulting firm, from which he continues to serve clients in aerospace, defense, and software industries. His research interests include servant leadership behaviors and practices in entrepreneurial environments, and organizational processes.
