Biography
Eric Feldhake is a seasoned attorney specializing in taxation, business law, and estate planning. As a shareholder at the law firm of Kulzer & DiPadova, he brings extensive experience in tax law, estate taxation, and business advisory. Licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court, Eric is an active member of the American Bar Association and several state and county bar associations. He currently serves as Co-Chairperson of the Tax Committee and Trustee for the Bar Foundation of the Camden County Bar Association.
A retired Major in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Army Reserves, Eric has also contributed significantly to legal education. From 2006 to 2017, he taught Trust and Estate Taxation at the Judge Advocate General School and the University of Virginia School of Law. Additionally, he is dedicated to philanthropic and educational initiatives, serving as a Trustee for the American Wine Society Educational Foundation since 2017 and as Vice President of the American Wine Society.
His legal expertise extends to published opinions, including In re Estate of Balk (445 N.J. Super. 395) and Toll Naval Associates v. Chun-Fang Hsu (85 A.3d 521), which have contributed to shaping tax and estate law precedents.
