Biography

Dr. Brian Ruiz is an accomplished entrepreneur in the banking industry. With a passion for innovation, he has successfully launched multiple ventures including prominent retail store fronts in collaboration with major telecommunications giants like Sprint (now T-Mobile) and Verizon Wireless. Dr. Ruiz founded his first venture, Strategic Billing Enterprise, LLC, as a student participating in the Rohrer New Venture Competition (originally Business Plan Competition). Today, Strategic Billing Enterprise is a leading organization specializing in medical billing revenue cycle management, primarily serving governmental healthcare entities and their affiliates. Leveraging his experience from being a student to an entrepreneur to an adjunct professor, Dr. Ruiz is dedicated to inspiring students to embark on their own ventures and build successful careers.
