Dr. Brian Ruiz is a seasoned entrepreneur specializing in the medical billing industry, with a focus on supporting governmental healthcare providers such as ambulance services and public health organizations. He launched Strategic Billing Enterprise, LLC as an undergraduate student competing in Rowan University’s New Venture Competition, and today the company stands as a trusted leader in revenue cycle management. Throughout his career, Ruiz has founded and grown multiple ventures, each shaped by a commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

As an adjunct professor in the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Ruiz draws on his real-world experience to equip students with the creative thinking, leadership, and analytical skills needed to tackle complex challenges and launch meaningful ventures.
