Biography

Brian specializes in all facets of the real estate business in Southern New Jersey, focusing primarily on the Glassboro, Pitman, and Mantua markets. As the head of his team at Young Realty, Brian serves a wide range of clients, including investors looking for new acquisitions or property management, residential home buyers and sellers (from first-timers to seasoned clients), and tenants seeking rentals. After exploring careers in marketing, IT, and event management, Brian joined his family’s real estate business, and over the past decade, he has grown Young Realty into a premier agency in the region surrounding his alma mater, Rowan University.

Brian attributes his success to valuing relationships with a long-term focus, employing negotiation skills that create win-win scenarios, and leveraging his business acumen to assess risk and return tradeoffs that help clients secure the best deals. In the classroom, Brian teaches students how to become real estate investors and build their own portfolios. Outside of teaching, he’s an avid traveler who enjoys snowboarding, kayaking, and exploring the world with his wife and former classmate, Nafisa.
