The Rowan Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (RCIE) fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and provides comprehensive support to students, faculty, staff, and members of our surrounding communities. RCIE serves as a hub for innovation at Rowan University, championing collaboration across all academic disciplines to empower entrepreneurs, inspire creativity, and drive impactful change.

With a mission to engage and support the entire Rowan community, RCIE offers resources, mentorship, and opportunities to bring entrepreneurial ideas to life and support ventures at every stage. Our interdisciplinary approach ensures that students, faculty, and staff from any academic background can explore entrepreneurship and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

RCIE organizes over 100 annual events, including speaker panels, networking opportunities, and a wide range of competitions, from idea-stage challenges to venture-stage pitch events. We also offer a high-intensity summer accelerator program and multiple seed funding opportunities to help ventures gain traction and scale.

RCIE has a close partnership with the Rowan Innovation Venture Fund, a $25 million fund dedicated to supporting Rowan-affiliated startups and fueling innovation in the region. This collaboration provides entrepreneurs with access to critical funding and resources to advance their ventures.

In addition to supporting student entrepreneurs, RCIE works closely with Rowan faculty to integrate entrepreneurship and an entrepreneurial mindset into their courses, fostering innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration across all fields of study.
